FAQs

1. How do I order cookies?

Please click on the “order” tab at the top of the page and fill out the order inquiry form to the best of your ability. I will then go through your form and get back to you about your request as soon as I can. The sooner you put in your order, the more likely I will be available to fulfill your order. I am a full time special education teacher and accept limited orders during the school year. If I can take your order, we will then discuss details like design, quantity, size, etc. through email. If it appears that you did not receive a message back, please check your junk folder before emailing me. If you place an order within a week of your celebration date, you will be charged an extra 20% rush fee.

2. How much do they cost?

Custom orders start at $50 per dozen. Cost may increase depending on complexity and size of cookies you’re looking to get. Extra cost may be added on for details such as metallics, florals, and logos. Please see our pricing page for more information. If cost is holding you back, please email to inquire about our mini cookie options or DIY kits!

3. Do you ship?

I am currently able to ship within the state of Washington. Shipping fees will be paid by the customer and added onto your final bill.

4. How do I pay?

Once your order has been accepted, you will be emailed an invoice. A 20% retainer fee is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. This will hold your spot on my calendar. The rest of your invoice will need to be paid at pick up/drop off. Payment is accepted via cash, Venmo or PayPal. Check is not accepted.

5. What if I need to cancel or change date/details of my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to two weeks before your pick up date. If your order is cancelled within that time frame, your retainer fee will be returned in full. If your cancellation occurs within two week of your pick up date, your retainer is non-refundable. If you need to switch dates or order details, please email me and I will work it out to the best of my ability. My schedule does fill up quickly, so the sooner you know of changes, the more I can accommodate for you.

6. Do you offer vegan or gluten free options?

At this moment, I do not. I am currently looking into recipes in order to offer these options, but they are not available at this moment.

7. Do you have a store?

I do not have a store front at this time. I will let you know on our social media pages when I have local pop-up shops or am selling at the SJI Farmers Market.

8. How long do they last?

All sugar cookies are heat sealed in cellophane bags. This will allow them to stay fresh for up to two weeks on the counter. Need them for longer? Sugar cookies can be frozen! Just leave them in their heat sealed bag, pop them in a freezer bag or Tupperware container and put them in your freezer. When you are ready to enjoy them, take them out a couple hours before your event to let them come to room temperature. Do not take them out of the freezer bag or Tupperware until they’ve come to room temperature. Doing so can cause excess condensation which can ruin the icing.
